Just found interesting article by Paul Freegale about meat. Hi states that it is not necessary to avoid eating meat and moreover it’is good for you. I am partly agree with him. Meat is really good for you if you a young and need proteins to grow. However meat is very hard to digest. That’s why after eating of meat we often feeling overfilled and having stone inside our stomach. We spend very large amounts of energy to digest meat and it takes a long time. This is why we are not hungry after eating meat however energy benefits are very low and actually not worth it. Whyle i was in china i’ve noticed that older chineese avoid eating meat. I’ve asked them why. And they tell me that you should eat meat while your are young and try to eat less and less meat as you become older. This is their health secret.
Here are my suggestions about meat eating:
- Mix meat dishes with lot of non carb vegetables (carrots, onions, cabbage etc)
- Avoid deep fried meat as it very unhealthy and lead to cancer
- Try to replace red meat with fish
According to modern medicine, meat eating fraught with many dangers. Cancer and cardiovascular diseases become epidemic in the countries with a high rate of average consumption of meat, while there, where the rate is low, these diseases are extremely rare.
Roll Russell in his book “On the causes of cancer” writes: “I found that out of 25 countries where people are eating mostly meat diet, 19 a very high percentage of cancer, and only in one country, it is relatively low, at the same time from 35 countries, who use meat in limited quantities or do not eat it at all, there is not one in which the percentage of cancer would be high.”
