Visceral fat also known as abdominal fat is a fat surrounding your internal organs inside abdominal cavity. Two other types of fat are subcutaneous fat which is located underneath the skin and intramuscular fat which is found interspered in skeletal muscle.
An excess of visceral fat is known as abdominal or central obecity. Other names are “beer belly” and “pot belly”

How to get rid of abdominal fat
General cause of excess visceral fat is a calorie imbalance. You should burn as much calories as you take. That’s why performing good aerobic exercise and eating a healthy diet can prevent central obesity, and losing weight via these methods is the main way to reverse the condition.
Additionaly, try to avoid fat rich foods and help your body to reduce fat intake
