Is meat good for you?

Just found interesting article by Paul Freegale about meat. Hi states that it is not necessary to avoid eating meat and moreover it’is good for you. I am partly agree with him. Meat is really good for you if you a young and need proteins to grow. However meat is very hard to digest. That’s why after eating of meat we often feeling overfilled and having stone inside our stomach. We spend very large amounts of energy to digest meat and it takes a long time. This is why we are not hungry after eating meat however energy benefits are very low and actually not worth it. Whyle i was in china i’ve noticed that older chineese avoid eating meat.
